'I Want to Start My Own Business' Package

Ideal for: Entrepreneurial people who feel an innate desire to run their own business but are unsure what that business might be. As a result you will be able to launch a side-hustle or full-time business of your own.

Duration: 6 sessions

Summary of services included:

• Deep dive to discover your personal strengths, interests, values, desired attributes of your business and career goals.

• Identify and discuss potential business opportunities you are passionate about.

• Complete a professional gap analysis to determine if you have enough knowledge/experience to fulfill that opportunity. Discuss the ‘entrepreneurial mindset’ to drive your business towards success.

• Clearly define your customers and customer problem(s) your business intends to solve. Discuss pros/cons associated with numerous marketing approaches tailored for single-person businesses.

• Complete a light-weight business plan to get feedback from your customers quickly. Create a budget among other steps. Considerations to incorporate as a limited liability company (LLC). Receive a personal plan to execute towards launching your own business.

• Launch your business as a side-hustle or full-time!

'Just the Basics' Package

Ideal for: People who already have career clarity but are having difficulty getting recruiters attention, interviews and job offers. Great for those who are laid-off and seeking employment (I was laid-off twice, I know...)

PM Challenge Flexible Coaching' Package

Ideal for: PMs who need occasional support or specific topic coaching.

Services included: Any of the individual services in the packages above. 

Price: $175 per hour.
